Why are British Gas so bloody stupid?
Why don't they ever listen to what I tell them?
Why am I still with them?
Why are they still billing us for gas and electric from Birmingham, yet can't sort out Electricity or Gas from Pocklington?
Why do I realise this at 6:05pm on a Saturday when the call centre closes at 6?
AAAAAAARgh. I give up. Gin & Tonic please. More Gin, less tonic.
