Oh, but there are certainly bits of "Howl" that you could paste into the caption boxes in "Swamp Thing" without anyone noticing!
And the parallels with Ginsberg don't really end there either, both men embraking on spiritual journeys, a fondness for Blake....I'm sure the list is a long one, but I'm neither awake enough or knowledgable enough on the subject to see them through. Any takers?
