Given my hideous sleep patterns recently and my continuing exhaustion, this may be something I really need to try:
A guide on napping from the Boston Globe. Apparantly I'd be feeling a lot better if I had a little nap around 3pm, lasting about 20-30 minutes, and should have a cup of coffee before the nap starts just so the caffeine hit would kick in just after waking.
Or you need a nice pipe and some grass an hour before bedtime :-) Then we can get you to properly review the Freak Brothers Omnibus when it comes out!
