Selling Birmingham.... finally.

Well, it appears that we're finally reverting to owning just the one house.
Since moving up to Pocklington, we've been in the long winded process of selling our house in Birmingham.

As simple, straightforward and quick as buying in Pocklington was, selling in Birmingham was not. It's taken us 4 months.

But yesterday, we finally exchanged contracts.
Which now means that for a few days at least we have oodles of money sitting in the accounts.
Not for long though, loans to repay and a mortgage to reduce to manageable levels will soon see to that.
Nice to look at the balance sheet for a couple of days though!
