In a recent post I talked about the problem faced by the HSE when dealing with the modern moron for whom Health & Safety is just something to excuse their moronic behaviour or rationalise their truly imbecilic management decisions.
My dear friend Gareth pointed out this recent times online article which talks about this subject and the misuse of the Human Rights Act.
Couldn't agree more really. But I shouldn't really agree with him too much, because he's a H&S Officer and it's far too much fun to wind him up about these things.
