Typical, it's January and I'm skint.
And then my want gene kicks in.
Want #1
80Gb of glorious I-Pod:

Actually this is fast becoming a need. My 30Gb Ipod has a pitiful 6Gb left on it and that's filling up fast.
Want #2:
A better Ipod speaker system.
My current setup is good, but I'm after a little more oomph.
and finally....
Want #3:

Asus eepc. Only £200 for this little (very little) beauty. A suitable replacement for the
Libretto. A great reason to learn Linux (I've been meaning to for ages). And
gorgeous.
Jez is
getting one soon.
Pete's talking about getting one. I want mine!!!!
So,
you know how much you all love me?
Oh, go on. You know you want to.
UPDATE - more wants and changes to the list
here.
Yeah, I fancy one of these - saw it reviewed in The Register a little while back and thought it would be great for on the move, smaller and lighter than the Toshiba laptop I use most of the time. Only thing is I'm not sure I'd spend 200 quid on one when I can get a full budget laptop for another 80 quid these days... All academic as I have no money anyway :-) But yeah, it does seem very cool
