We've had roof problems for a little while. Last time it happened, back in February, the roofers came round and "fixed" it.
Only they didn't - and with the recent rains up here the leaks have been showing through Molly's ceiling again. Just like last time, two ever growing circles of wetness coming through the roof. Towels in the attic solve the problem for a while but need changing every so often.
The roofer was round again on Saturday and gave us the news we weren't looking forward to - he couldn't find the problem and he was going to get the boss roofer round to have a better look in the week.
Well, it's raining again tonight. But that's actually good news. Because I've just been up in the loft and found the two leaks. I now know exactly where the waters coming in, which hopefully means the roofer will be able to see the problem tomorrow.
But for now, it's time to change the towels again.
